• Locate and engage top talent for our clients.

• Employ advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and various strategies, to discover passive candidates.

• Collaborate with one client at a time, immersing yourself in their company culture.

• Partner with key stakeholders to convey the benefits of effective talent acquisition practices.

• Recruit candidates across various technical product areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in technical and product recruitment within a dynamic environment.

• Proven track record in filling niche positions.

• Ideally, 1+ year of experience in in-house recruitment.

• Strong skills in sourcing candidates.

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Professional communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
