Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the team and manage the sprint backlog

• Prioritize tasks in alignment with the customer roadmap

• Provide value across complex, high-impact projects and/or multiple products with minimal supervision

• Ensure that customer needs and business priorities are effectively communicated and represented in the product backlog

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members to define user stories

• Take ownership of the team/sprint backlog in partnership with delivery teams

• Break down features into user stories or smaller work items

• Align product vision with user stories utilizing input from the Product Manager and stakeholders

• Serve as a liaison between the business or customer and the delivery team

• Represent the expectations of key stakeholder segments

• Acquire and maintain business knowledge for the designated Spoke or business area

• Define user stories and assist team members in writing user stories

• Provide mentorship and coaching to other staff

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where applicable), or 7+ years of experience in a related field in place of a degree

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field

• Product Owner certification (Scrum Alliance or SAFe) – Highly Preferred

• Experience with Genesys and Salesforce - preferred

• Capability to work in any state mentioned in the job posting

• Remote Flex employees work virtually with occasional in-office visits each year
