This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct product discovery by pinpointing pain points experienced by patients, clinicians, and care teams through research, data analysis, and operational feedback.

• Convert unclear challenges into precise product requirements, workflows, and success metrics.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and operational teams to prototype, launch, and refine AI-driven product experiences, including building mock prototypes.

• Make an impact through activities such as shadowing patient calls, training care teams, prototyping solutions, and delivering code.

• Take ownership of a designated product initiative from discovery and prototyping to launch and ongoing iteration.

• Work closely with engineers, designers, clinicians, and operational partners to comprehend real-world care delivery challenges and uncover high-impact opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date in December 2027 or May/June 2028.

• Previous internship or relevant experience in working with products, technology, healthcare, or addressing customer issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for structuring ambiguous inquiries.

• A product-first mindset and a sincere interest in understanding user needs to drive swift, real-world outcomes.

• A profound curiosity about AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, coupled with sound judgment in utilizing them to achieve meaningful results.

• Must be based remotely in the U.S.
