This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate a 2–3 year product strategy and comprehensive portfolio roadmap.
• Create strategic theses for each product domain, addressing customer challenges, differentiation, necessary capabilities, evolution, and investment choices.
• Convert strategy into executable roadmaps that outline priorities, sequencing, dependencies, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Prioritize portfolio investments based on customer, commercial, operational, and technological needs.
• Spearhead the development of the initial go-to-market product into a sustainable product line that includes decision intelligence, predictive analytics, benchmarking, and executive insights.
• Oversee product strategy, roadmap, packaging, user experience, customer discovery, adoption, and product KPIs.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Architecture teams to transform analytics, AI, and models into reliable customer decisions.
• Engage with customers to grasp decision-making processes, validate product direction, evaluate adoption, and ascertain product value.
• Develop a capability to translate operational expertise and customer challenges into unique commercial offerings.
• Manage opportunities from customer validation through business case development, technology strategy, build/buy/partner decisions, offering definition, commercialization, and launch.
• Direct product strategy for service-enabling technologies, encompassing build, purchase, and partnership decisions.
• Advance technology utilizing tools, data, integrations, automation, and AI.
• Direct data-product strategy and prioritize customer-facing AI use cases.
• Establish a practical, high-accountability product management operating model.
• Set up disciplines for customer discovery, Voice of Customer, roadmapping, prioritization, product metrics, release planning, and commercialization.
• Enhance product management capabilities from managing requirements and initiatives to owning customer challenges, strategy, adoption, and business value.
• Lead and cultivate the product management organization, including the Senior Director of Product Management.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and prospects, representing the organization in executive-level customer discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning, packaging, pricing, commercialization, and launch strategies.
• Take responsibility for product adoption and accountability post-launch.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Present portfolio strategy, roadmaps, investment recommendations, product performance, and trade-offs to executive leadership and boards.
• Report to the Chief Technology & Marketing Officer.
• Extensive product leadership experience (10+ years) with direct oversight of product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, prioritization, and commercialization.
• Proven ability to develop product strategy rather than merely executing an inherited plan.
• Experience guiding a product, internal capability, or service from concept through customer validation, business case development, commercialization, and market launch.
• Background in creating technology-enabled offerings that integrate software, data, workflow, and operational capabilities to deliver customer value.
• Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing, packaging, customer adoption, business cases, and product investment decisions.
• Experience collaborating as a peer with senior Engineering and Architecture leaders, making difficult trade-offs among customer demand, product priorities, technical debt, and long-term platform sustainability.
• Familiarity with mission-critical or legacy technology environments requiring modernization without disrupting existing business operations.
• Significant experience with AI/ML-enabled products; experience with generative or agentic AI is highly desirable.
• Ability to work directly with enterprise customers to identify the underlying issues behind stated requirements and translate customer insights into product strategy.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills and experience in presenting product strategy, investment recommendations, and trade-offs to senior leadership and boards.
