Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take comprehensive ownership of the product lifecycle, encompassing vision, roadmap, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and business requirements.

• Advocate for the product vision and assess development results in relation to it.

• Oversee daily product operations, which includes incident management and adherence to internal SLA standards.

• Organize a tangible product portfolio, incorporating variants, standards, and country-specific regulations, into actionable user stories.

• Articulate arguments, roadmap, and vision to senior stakeholders.

• Foster stakeholder alignment and secure buy-in.

• Collaborate effectively with the development team to ensure successful product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in product management, including data modeling, variant management, system architecture, integration knowledge, pricing and costing strategies, and product discovery.

• Familiarity with software architecture, cloud systems, and protocols, preferably related to configuration and quotation software (CPQ: Configure, Price, Quote).

• Capability to convert intricate industrial requirements into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.

• Proficiency in identifying requirement gaps and edge cases.

• Strong understanding of SDLC frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks among stakeholders and the development team.

• Knowledge of tools like Jira, SharePoint, MS Office, and other relevant applications.

• Experience in roles such as Service Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master is a plus.

• A background in industrial or manufacturing-related software products is advantageous.
