Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan and oversee features alongside development teams utilizing agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document software project requirements.

• Collect functional requirements and user stories, negotiating and aligning them with business expectations.

• Oversee the product backlog, coordinating sprints and releases with the teams.

• Act as a liaison with technical teams for product support and maintenance.

• Define product features (Product Backlog).

• Modify features and priorities during each Sprint as necessary.

• Ensure the Product Backlog remains visible and transparent to all stakeholders.

• Confirm that the Development Team comprehends Product Backlog items to the required level of detail.

• Determine the release date and the content of each release.

• Approve or reject work results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience working on agile projects and implementing products and systems.

• Background in analytics projects.

• Experience in organizing and managing technical-functional roadmaps for applications and solutions.

• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives and directors.

• Capability to manage multiple account management projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Certifications in Project Management, Product Ownership, or PM are a bonus.

• Proficiency in English is essential for participation in global projects.
