Senior Product Owner – AI Products, Clinical Interoperability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Define the vision and roadmap for the AI product portfolio and RadioReport add-ons.

• Collaborate with radiologists, customers, and partners to grasp clinical workflows, integration requirements, and product opportunities.

• Oversee products from discovery through to launch by establishing value propositions, MVPs, success criteria, and continuous improvement strategies.

• Direct the product aspect of intricate customer and partner integration initiatives.

• Specify project outcomes, scope, interfaces, dependencies, and decisions.

• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog.

• Convert clinical workflows, interoperability constraints, compliance needs, and business objectives into tangible outcomes and acceptance criteria.

• Partner with developers to assess AI use cases and devise viable solutions.

• Balance user value, business impact, technical limitations, data protection, security, and regulatory obligations.

• Align management, developers, clinical specialists, customers, and partners on priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

• Effectively communicate product and project progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within complex healthcare software environments.

• Significant customer-facing project leadership experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, or clinical diagnostics.

• Strong understanding of clinical interoperability and healthcare integrations.

• Proficiency with RIS/PACS, DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and APIs.

• Experience in translating compliance, data protection, information security, and regulatory mandates into product and project decisions.

• Strong product judgment coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Practical knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and speech processing.

• Capability to comprehend technical subjects and bridge the gap between clinical, commercial, and development viewpoints.

• Experience with agile product development, backlog management, and outcome-focused delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.

• Experience with radiology reporting, AI-driven clinical software, or international healthcare integrations is a substantial advantage.
