Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance product operating rhythms, which include shaping cycles, preparing for Product Council meetings, ensuring launch readiness, and measuring outcomes.

• Oversee and operationalize Voice of the Customer initiatives, encompassing NPS, feature requests, and exit interviews.

• Create and standardize processes for product launches and go-to-market strategies, including templates, communication plans, success metrics, and readiness across functions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define, track, and report on product OKRs, roadmap progress, and success metrics.

• Provide comprehensive reporting and visibility for Product teams, executive leadership, and go-to-market groups.

• Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of product analytics tools and dashboards that assess feature adoption, client outcomes, and product performance.

• Streamline product workflows, tools, and operational processes.

• Lead strategic partner initiatives, such as integrations, joint launches, and new offerings, in partnership with Partner Management.

• Convert partnership agreements and objectives into actionable workstreams with designated owners, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.

• Coordinate cross-functional readiness for partner launches across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and other relevant teams.

• Monitor and report on the performance of partner initiatives, including revenue contributions, adoption rates, client satisfaction, and operational impacts.

• Maintain accountability for the delivery of partnership projects, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to deadlines and expectations.

• Establish repeatable processes and operational practices to scale partnership programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of contemporary Product Operations practices, including product planning cadences, launch readiness, product analytics, Voice of the Customer programs, OKRs, and outcome measurement.

• Advanced skills in project and program management.

• Capability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, along with dependencies, timelines, and risks.

• Ability to design and enhance scalable, low-friction processes.

• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS partnership operations.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.

• Familiarity with commercial partnership and revenue metrics, such as pipeline, revenue contribution, adoption, retention, and client value.

• Working knowledge of CRM workflows, pipeline visibility, attribution, sales handoffs, and revenue reporting, preferably within Salesforce.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Salesforce, Pendo, Power BI, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

• Ability to develop and convey reporting, dashboards, success metrics, and updates for executive-level stakeholders.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and influence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Solid understanding of empowered product team principles.

• Capability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives from planning through ongoing improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Partnership Operations, Partner Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in the B2B SaaS sector.

• Experience supporting product teams with operating cadences, product planning or shaping, launch readiness, product analytics, Voice of the Customer programs, OKR tracking, or process enhancement.

• Experience aiding commercial partnerships, partner programs, integrations, partner launches, or partner-related go-to-market initiatives.

• Experience coordinating intricate cross-functional programs within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience in developing or coordinating product or partner launches, including enablement, implementation readiness, and post-launch evaluation.

• Must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Delaware, Colorado, South Dakota, Texas, Wyoming, Alaska, or Florida to qualify as a W-2 employee.
