• Oversee the operational rhythm of the product team, including planning cycles, reviews, and regular updates.
• Document and communicate decisions and action items effectively.
• Revise or eliminate unproductive product rituals.
• Manage the structure, accuracy, visibility, and presentation of the product roadmap tailored for the appropriate audience.
• Facilitate goal setting for the product team and monitor progress on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with the data team to provide reports and identify any progress deviations early.
• Uphold streamlined product development standards from problem identification to launch.
• Coordinate internal launch readiness with marketing, ensuring all documentation, pricing, and go-to-market strategies are in place.
• Manage customer insight systems, which include research repositories, customer interaction pipelines, and the synthesis of customer feedback.
• Oversee onboarding for product managers, provide continuous training, foster a community of practice, and support hiring and leveling processes.
• Choose and manage tools for the product team, focusing on roadmapping, analytics, and AI functionalities.
• Collaborate with the head of product to enhance the product organization on a quarterly basis.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in product operations or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in supporting a product team through product operations, serving as chief of staff to a product leader, or in product program management and strategy.
• Established a product team's operational cadence from the ground up in a scaling organization.
• Excellent writing skills for creating templates, updates, plans, and documentation.
• Proficient in defining metrics, utilizing BI tools, and assessing data quality.
• Possess technical credibility with developers and in engineering-driven environments.
• Capability to influence others without formal authority within highly autonomous engineering teams.
• Extensive experience with AI tools and the ability to assist others in their usage.
• Preferred experience with developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, or AI-focused companies.
• Experience in managing quarterly planning or OKRs is a plus.
• Familiarity with building a research repository or a B2B customer recruiting program is preferred.
• Background in developing a PM onboarding program or career progression framework is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams on launch readiness and product stage definitions is advantageous.
• Prior product management experience is preferred.
