This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the product management team
• Collaborate with product leadership and guide product managers in translating priorities into team responsibilities and capacity
• Develop and maintain a planning and delivery rhythm that aligns with company objectives
• Set benchmarks for specifications, quality assurance, definition of completion, releases, and outcome assessment
• Monitor anticipated and actual results at both team and feature levels, utilizing insights to refine product decisions
• Direct the routing and resolution of production challenges, escalations, and urgent requests
• Enhance planning, delivery, support, and communication systems through improved processes, tools, and automation
• Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on contributions when necessary
• Represent the product in company-wide planning and communications
• Foster relationships across engineering, design, go-to-market, customer success, and company leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and develop product managers using a leveling framework
• Over 8 years in product management or product operations, including more than 4 years of experience managing a team of product managers
• Proven experience in enhancing how a product organization plans, delivers, and tracks results, preferably in a rapidly growing company
• Comfortable managing a support or escalation process in conjunction with planning tasks
• Established track record in hiring, coaching, and developing product managers
• Strong analytical skills; adept at working directly with data and dashboards
• Exceptional cross-functional communication abilities; capable of representing the product effectively with engineering, go-to-market teams, and company leadership
• Experience in ad tech or intricate B2B workflow products is advantageous, though not mandatory
