This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute strategies for both pre- and post-launch activities related to products.
• Recognize and address operational risks that may impact delivery schedules, quality, and user satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for maximum impact across product development teams and convert vague challenges into actionable solutions.
• Leverage AI, automation, and new technologies to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
• Test innovative working methods and adapt successful practices into scalable approaches for teams.
• Teach and guide teams on new tools and methodologies.
• Partner with Data Science, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to assess data and derive insights.
• Oversee the product tool set and set standards and guidelines for its usage.
• Facilitate experiments by creating best-practice protocols and managing the tracking and sequencing of tests.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Customer Support, and other divisions to aid in product enablement.
• Work alongside Product Managers to provide regular reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in product operations and/or product management.
• Proven experience in managing the product development lifecycle processes.
• Capability to structure complex, loosely defined issues and independently drive results.
• Strong systems-thinking abilities.
• Practical experience with AI and automation technologies.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies while assisting others in adopting innovative work methods.
• Excellent judgment and a proactive approach.
• Experience in facilitating communication, coordination, and alignment among stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without having direct authority.
• Experience in performing analysis and converting findings into actionable initiatives.
• Proven track record in promoting continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with contemporary product development methodologies.
• Experience using data mining tools, customer experience management software, and conducting direct observations.
• Proficient in MS Office and Teams, Cursor, Claude, Amplitude, Segment, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
