This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Oversee the execution of product marketing strategies for the Workday Products Business Unit.
• Formulate and implement product marketing plans that align with the priorities and growth objectives of the business unit.
• Convert updates from the product roadmap into effective positioning and activation strategies.
• Develop unique value propositions, messaging frameworks, and relevant supporting content.
• Identify target segments, ideal customer profiles, and buyer personas.
• Assist in the creation of competitive intelligence and develop thought leadership content.
• Coordinate the go-to-market and launch strategies for products, features, and propositions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, SDR, field marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Create sales enablement materials, sales tools, playbooks, and customer proof points.
• Provide messaging expertise to support campaign activities and strategic opportunities.
• Participate in voice-of-customer initiatives and develop customer success stories.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive trends to guide positioning and optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Clearly articulate competitive differentiation and relay competitor news and updates to field teams.
• Track product marketing metrics including engagement, pipeline contribution, and adoption rates.
• Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in a Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or similar marketing role within a technology or professional services context.
• Proven track record in developing positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products or solutions.
• Experience in executing product launches and structured go-to-market plans that align with commercial goals.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a history of cross-functional work with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of pipeline generation and revenue impact.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials and supporting demand generation efforts.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the capability to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently.
• A degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in technology/SaaS (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Workday ecosystem (preferred).
