GTM Enablement – Partner Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop educational curricula for partner sellers, pre-sales, and implementation engineers, encompassing courses, hands-on labs, and assessments.

• Transform expert insights from FDEs, sales, and product teams into a comprehensive online academy.

• Manage the certification program from start to finish, including submissions, review workflows, and certificate issuance.

• Enhance the program's scalability through automation, incorporating automated agent reviews, bots, and learner-support emails.

• Conduct online and in-person training sessions, including sales and technical training at partner hackathons.

• Oversee the learning platform, partner onboarding tracks, reporting, and learner feedback management.

• Establish and operate the ElevenLabs partner academy for systems integrators, hyperscalers, and technology partners.

• Aim to expand the program to over 10,000 certified partner professionals by the end of 2027.

• Collaborate closely with regional Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure technical quality is upheld.

• Broaden the academy's reach across ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.

• Proven experience in developing enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers, or technical teams.

• Capability to swiftly learn technical products and communicate them effectively to both technical and commercial audiences.

• Proficiency in managing a program comprehensively, including learning platforms, timelines, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

• Experience leading sessions or workshops aimed at sellers and engineers.

• Strong instructional design abilities to create courses, labs, and assessments based on expert content.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.

• Bonus: prior experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or in professional services for a frontier AI product.

• Bonus: practical experience in developing LLM applications or voice and chat agents, along with reviewing production readiness.

• Bonus: familiarity with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns.

• Bonus: experience with telephony systems, such as SIP, Twilio, or contact center platforms.

• Bonus: background working with a systems integrator, hyperscaler, or technology partner.

• Bonus: experience using learning platforms like WorkRamp.

• Bonus: proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
