This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of product marketing for New Relic Logs, encompassing positioning, messaging, launches, enablement, and competitive differentiation.
• Establish and uphold Logs positioning, messaging, and narrative across buyer personas, website, campaigns, sales discussions, and analyst engagements.
• Oversee comprehensive Logs launches, including tiering, messaging, content creation, enablement, and launch metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Demand Generation, Corporate Communications, and Enablement for successful launches.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, narratives, discovery questions, objection handling strategies, first-call presentations, and talk tracks.
• Promote the adoption of sales enablement resources throughout the field.
• Work with Competitive Intelligence to create technically accurate differentiation, battlecards, and displacement strategies.
• Contribute product marketing insights regarding Logs pricing, packaging, data ingestion, retention economics, tiering, data management, and cost control.
• Generate solution briefs, blogs, webinars, demos, customer success stories, and reference architectures.
• Be the voice of the customer through interactions with customers and prospects, win/loss analyses, market research, and usage data.
• Incorporate customer and market insights into the roadmap, messaging, and segment priorities.
• Represent New Relic Logs at customer briefings, executive and field presentations, analyst inquiries, and industry events.
• Define and report on metrics such as pipeline contribution, attach and adoption rates, ingestion growth, and enablement utilization.
• 4–6 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related go-to-market role within the observability sector, especially in log management, monitoring, or AIOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field, or equivalent practical technical experience.
• Adequate technical understanding of log analytics, retention, and tiering to engage effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Proven record of managing end-to-end product launches, from positioning and messaging to enablement and post-launch assessment.
• A portfolio showcasing personally authored messaging and content, such as positioning frameworks, solution briefs, pitch decks, battlecards, or technical blogs, that have been adopted and utilized by the field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to translate intricate technical features into clear narratives for both practitioners and executives.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing product usage, pipeline, and market data to prioritize tasks and demonstrate impact.
• Experience with AI tools or agentic workflows is an advantage.
