
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Literacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement marketing strategies for core and supplemental literacy products.
• Create product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
• Perform market and competitive analysis, which includes attending events and engaging in customer ride-alongs.
• Collect and synthesize insights from various functions to enhance product narratives and facilitate launches.
• Work closely with Product Development to ensure marketing materials align with product features and educator requirements.
• Develop and present marketing materials and playbooks, including printed materials, thought leadership articles, and digital resources.
• Carry out go-to-market strategies for both new and existing literacy products.
• Ensure readiness and coherence across Sales, Regional Marketing, Enablement, and Service teams.
• Assist in state curriculum adoption initiatives by providing market insights, competitive evaluations, and messaging support.
• Establish relationships with Sales teams, implementation partners, authors, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor success metrics to enhance messaging, positioning, marketing strategies, and campaign performance.
• Report directly to the Associate Vice President of Product Marketing – Literacy.
• Familiarity with the K–12 literacy curriculum market and classroom instruction methodologies.
• Dedication to education and enhancing learning experiences through high-caliber literacy solutions.
• Proven track record in executing product marketing projects that boost awareness, adoption, and growth.
• Over 5 years of experience in K–12 core curriculum product marketing in educational publishing or education technology sectors.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Capability to translate directives and priorities into clear, effective marketing deliverables.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
