This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the positioning and messaging for Nametag's primary identity verification platform and solutions.
β’ Uphold and implement the company's messaging and style guide.
β’ Convert product features into messaging tailored for CISOs, leaders in security/IAM, IT leaders, and helpdesk managers.
β’ Manage go-to-market strategies for new platform and solution modules and features from initiation to launch.
β’ Create repeatable launch frameworks and monitor success metrics of launches.
β’ Oversee competitive battlecards and materials that highlight differentiation.
β’ Conduct research to express differentiation from related categories.
β’ Develop and sustain sales enablement resources such as one-pagers, talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handling guides, and master decks.
β’ Provide training for Sales and Solutions Engineering on positioning, features, and competitive insights.
β’ Collaborate with technology and reseller channels, including ServiceNow, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.
β’ Prepare industry analyst briefings and manage engagement in IAM and identity-verification research and reports.
β’ Represent Nametag at industry events, webinars, and customer-facing presentations.
β’ Manage communications regarding pricing and packaging.
β’ Maintain the ROI/TCO methodology utilized in sales discussions.
β’ Craft customer stories and case studies with named accounts.
β’ Refine IT/security ICP and buyer-persona models.
β’ Track the threat landscape and regulatory developments, translating insights into sales and marketing content.
β’ 8+ years of experience in product marketing, including several years at a B2B cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise security software firm.
β’ Proven track record of owning positioning and messaging for a technical security product, ensuring it withstands scrutiny from CISOs and security/IAM leaders.
β’ Experience in leading product launches from start to finish, encompassing messaging, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Extensive understanding of enterprise security buyers and B2B security sales processes.
β’ Ability to articulate technical distinctions, such as authentication versus verification, with precision.
β’ Strong competitive intelligence capabilities, including the development of accurate and fair battlecards and differentiation frameworks.
β’ Exceptional writing skills and the ability to maintain consistent terminology and voice.
β’ A strong sense of ownership in a small, rapidly growing organization.
β’ Passion for integrating AI tools like Claude into daily workflows.
β’ Familiarity with the ITSM/IAM integration ecosystem (Okta, ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Zendesk) is a significant advantage.
β’ Experience collaborating with industry analysts is a valuable asset.
β’ Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as HubSpot and the ability to build or maintain ROI/TCO models is a plus.
