This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that set the product apart from competitors.
β’ Create and maintain detailed buyer personas.
β’ Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches.
β’ Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
β’ Create sales tools and materials, including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and datasheets.
β’ Provide training to sales teams on product features, advantages, and effective sales techniques.
β’ Supply customer success teams with messaging and resources to facilitate adoption, retention, and expansion discussions.
β’ Develop partner-facing value propositions and repeatable sales strategies for resellers.
β’ Establish the corporate internal audit content engine, encompassing webinars, event strategies, sales presentations, demos, one-pagers, battle cards, and partner-facing content.
β’ Collaborate with Revenue Marketing on webinar and event schedules, including topics, speakers, follow-up nurturing paths, and reseller co-hosting.
β’ Work with sales and reseller channels on defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), qualification criteria, and feedback on pricing and packaging.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in product or content marketing within internal audit or related SaaS organizations, or equivalent internal audit experience with a quick transition into marketing.
β’ Candidates with practical risk advisory experience (internal audit, SOC, compliance, or similar) are encouraged to apply, even if they lack a conventional product marketing background.
β’ Excellent writing skills, capable of producing blogs, newsletters, case studies, and webinars.
β’ Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with a constantly evolving roadmap.
β’ A self-starter who takes ownership of workstreams from start to finish, communicates progress, and identifies obstacles proactively.
β’ Strong project management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple concurrent workstreams.
β’ Adaptable to various tools and systems, with the insight to identify efficiencies and utilize AI effectively.
β’ Knowledge of the corporate internal audit landscape and the operational dynamics of advisory firms.
β’ In-depth understanding of the corporate internal audit buyer, including Chief Audit Executives (CAEs), internal audit directors, and audit committee stakeholders.
β’ Experience with competitive intelligence regarding incumbent GRC/audit platforms, build-versus-buy considerations, and evaluations of agentic AI.
