This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and implement product marketing strategies for designated solutions, identifying key buyers, use cases, market needs, growth prospects, and metrics for success.
β’ Conduct research on customers, buyers, competitors, and market trends through customer discussions, win-loss analysis, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
β’ Collaborate with Product throughout the product development process to guide product decisions, validation, launch readiness, and user adoption.
β’ Develop unique positioning and messaging that converts technical features into business value, linking solutions to the Keyfactor Trust Control Plane.
β’ Organize and manage go-to-market launches for products, capabilities, and offerings, ensuring coordination of deliverables, stakeholders, field readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
β’ Design sales tools and provide training for Sales and Partners.
β’ Work alongside Revenue Marketing and Customer Marketing on acquisition, cross-selling, adoption, and expansion initiatives.
β’ Monitor launch performance, pipeline, adoption rates, content usage, and competitive results, suggesting enhancements as needed.
β’ Lead and mentor a team of product marketers.
β’ Act as a strategic partner to Product and go-to-market leadership.
β’ Report directly to the Vice President of Product & Customer Marketing.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally for enterprise, technical, or multi-product solutions.
β’ Proficient in conducting research on customers, buyers, the market, and competitors, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
β’ Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical professionals and business decision-makers.
β’ Practical experience with positioning, messaging, product launches, sales enablement, content creation, and cross-functional project leadership.
β’ Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and coordinate contributions from various teams.
β’ Analytical and commercially savvy, with the skill to leverage performance metrics, customer feedback, and market data to assess outcomes and enhance execution.
β’ Proven ability to build effective relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
β’ Experience in cybersecurity, identity management, cryptography, cloud infrastructure, or any other technical enterprise software domain is a plus.
β’ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
