• Develop an enterprise go-to-market strategy for Zapier's upcoming initiatives and products like Sidekick.
• Establish the enterprise go-to-market approach for Sidekick.
• Craft Zapier's governance narrative concerning secure authentication, identity management, and safety related to agent usage.
• Take ownership of the positioning and packaging for Zapier Enterprise.
• Define commercial packaging from design partnerships through to general availability.
• Shape the enterprise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and create a focused, repeatable go-to-market motion.
• Create communication points around Zapier's unique selling propositions, such as fluid determinism.
• Develop case studies and proof points in collaboration with the customer advocacy team.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge during competitive negotiations and articulate the reasons for Zapier's successes.
• Work with product marketing managers on positioning, product launches, and enterprise sales narratives.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to identify and close enterprise opportunities.
• Translate product updates into effective revenue-enablement materials for the field.
• Relay deal feedback to Product regarding commercial readiness.
• Report directly to the Director of Product Marketing and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders.
• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing with significant involvement in supporting enterprise sales.
• Proven experience in achieving product-market fit for new products.
• Background in transforming pricing and packaging experiments into a repeatable process that successfully reaches customers and generates revenue.
• Extensive product and technical expertise, including familiarity with MCP or agent-based workflows.
• Capability to convey technical concepts in simple terms to C-level executives.
• Experience engaging with enterprise buyers, including proposals, demonstrations, and gathering customer feedback.
• Proficient in utilizing data from customer interactions, deal feedback, and packaging trials to inform decision-making.
• Comfortable working asynchronously with well-structured written updates, detailed documentation, and consistent follow-through.
• Active engagement with AI tools; experience in building automations is preferred.
• Must have authorization to work from the candidate's home location; Zapier does not provide visa sponsorship or transfers.
