This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy and commercialization of Teladoc Health’s enterprise solutions.
• Convert product capabilities, clinical results, buyer requirements, and market trends into unique positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Client Management, and other client-facing teams.
• Manage positioning, value propositions, and messaging for key enterprise solutions, segments, and buyers.
• Develop pitch decks, sell sheets, messaging guides, FAQs, competitive positioning, proof points, and training materials.
• Spearhead B2B go-to-market strategies and ensure commercial readiness for key offerings.
• Identify target audiences, buyer needs, positioning, readiness requirements, and success metrics.
• Create value stories, use cases, and proof points encompassing consideration, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Drive complex initiatives by influencing and aligning priorities, resources, launches, and market strategies with the broader portfolio.
• Report directly to the Head of Product Marketing.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B product marketing, go-to-market strategies, commercialization, or solution marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing intricate products or solutions and managing multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in creating unique positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and commercial enablement assets.
• Demonstrated success in leading product launches and ensuring commercial readiness across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience leveraging market research, voice-of-customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership capability that connects narrative, enablement, launch readiness, customer value, and measurement to business outcomes.
• Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, stakeholder management, influence, and decision-framing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• A travel requirement of less than 10% may apply.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
