This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of sales enablement, module marketing, and customer expansion processes.
• Manage and oversee the core sales content library, which includes sales decks, one-pagers, white papers, and buyer collateral.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify content that effectively advances deals.
• Create customized content for late-stage opportunities, such as bespoke one-pagers and presentations.
• Keep competitive intelligence and battlecards updated.
• Develop positioning and messaging tailored by module and buyer type.
• Produce in-depth module materials and spearhead go-to-market strategies for module launches, including those focused on palliative care and deterioration.
• Work alongside Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee materials, QBR content, and release announcements.
• Craft messaging directed at health system buying committees, encompassing clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
• Convert clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into business cases for executive-level audiences.
• Participate in deal calls and QBRs.
• Gather roadmap information from Product and collaborate with Clinical to ensure credible claims are maintained.
• Relay field, market, and competitive insights back to the organization.
• Establish standards, templates, and systems for product marketing.
• Set priorities based on feedback from Sales and Client Success.
• Potentially provide mentorship to junior marketers as the team expands.
• Over 5 years of product marketing experience within the healthcare technology sector.
• Direct experience marketing to executives within health systems.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven track record of building positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch programs utilized by sales teams.
• Experience producing deal-specific content linked to advanced or closed opportunities.
• Proficient in writing for CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders.
• Background in supporting lengthy, multi-stakeholder deals within health systems.
• A solid understanding of enterprise health system deals, including committee-based buying, clinical validation, IT and security evaluations, and budget cycles.
• Exceptional writing skills that are clear, credible, and evidence-based.
• Ability to generate first drafts that require minimal revisions.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong collaborative skills with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Clinical teams.
• Current and unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Nice to have: experience in product or customer marketing with an established base, including expansion or upsell campaigns.
• Nice to have: familiarity with clinical AI, clinical decision support, or quality and safety improvement.
• Nice to have: experience in informally mentoring junior marketers.
