This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and compile Whippy's positioning, product one-liners, proof points, prohibited phrases, and competitive messaging into a comprehensive document.
• Take full ownership of email and lifecycle marketing, managing everything from cross-selling and demo follow-ups to closed-lost communications, product announcements, nurturing, drip campaigns, and retargeting initiatives.
• Organize, segment, and oversee HubSpot contacts, configuring lifecycle stages, campaign tracking, and attribution from initial contact through to closing.
• Create the proof engine by interviewing customers, drafting case studies, obtaining approvals, and transforming stories into various formats, including web pages, PDFs, one-pagers, clips, battlecards, enablement materials, and partner kits.
• Convert webinars and dinners into effective campaigns through strategic promotion, registration, follow-up sequences, and content extraction.
• Manage and prioritize editorial content for the blog and oversee the SEO content writer.
• Collaborate closely with sales operations and work directly with the sales team.
• Be accountable for a quantifiable marketing pipeline metric.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Whippy's six products, three primary competitors, and relevant customer narratives.
• Achieve key milestones in messaging, lifecycle management, case studies, retargeting, attribution, and partner enablement throughout the initial 30, 90, and 365 days.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Practical experience in lifecycle, email, or growth marketing, along with real product marketing, positioning, competitive marketing, and enablement.
• Proven experience in creating email sequences, workflows, and lifecycle programs personally.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, marketing contacts, segmentation, lifecycle stages, attribution, and campaign tracking.
• Ability to present examples of built sequences and their outcomes.
• Capability to provide named case studies or messaging work that has been personally delivered and approved.
• Excellent writing skills that meet the demands of a fast-paced founder.
• Proficiency in tracking sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and motion returns.
• Ideally, experience in a vertical SaaS company targeting SMB owners and operators.
• Sales or SDR experience is advantageous.
