This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the strategic marketing leader for TCP’s premier TimeClock Plus time and attendance solution.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of customers, buyers, the market, and the competitive landscape.
• Convert market insights into effective positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Develop market intelligence and comprehend buyer journeys.
• Craft product messaging in partnership with product management.
• Generate content for sales, partner enablement, external marketing, and demand generation.
• Support the go-to-market strategy, identify target markets, conduct buyer persona interviews, define use cases, and outline customer journeys.
• Create competitive battlecards, facilitate training, and assist in quarterly win/loss analysis.
• Define product structure, naming, packaging, licensing, and pricing across various departments.
• Oversee and coordinate product launches while promoting product adoption.
• Plan campaigns, select channels, design email nurture/drip programs, and identify target segments.
• Establish campaign objectives and develop performance and ROI reports and dashboards.
• Keep an eye on competitors and articulate product differentiators.
• Act as a company spokesperson and advocate for TimeClock Plus with analysts, press, customers, and investors.
• Enhance positioning, execute launches, boost commercial performance, generate insights, influence strategy, create measurable impact, and cultivate cross-functional alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role preferred.
• Familiarity with and experience in B2B/SaaS technology.
• Previous experience in time-tracking, scheduling, or workforce management is a plus but not mandatory.
• Capability to write clearly about technology and simplify complex business and technology concepts into accessible value statements.
• Adaptable, highly organized, self-driven, ownership-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to grasp technology’s core functions and clearly articulate its business benefits.
• Proven track record in analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and managing go-to-market strategies for B2B software and service products.
• Strong quantitative, creative, and exceptional communication skills.
