📋 Description

• Oversee continuous market research focused on buyer requirements, competitive landscape, category trends, campaign effectiveness, and win/loss analysis

• Collaborate with Product Management to craft unique positioning for Revalize's PLM solutions

• Convert product features into compelling messaging for both technical and business audiences

• Maintain consistency across website content, sales presentations, and campaign materials

• Strategize and implement go-to-market plans for new PLM launches and feature enhancements

• Create comprehensive campaign strategies that encompass email, content, paid advertising, events, and social media

• Work alongside Product, Design, and Sales teams to ensure timely and on-message launches

• Provide sales teams with pitch presentations, battlecards, objection-handling resources, and ROI documentation

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing efforts

• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance workflows, improve output quality, and drive business results

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or a similar role

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities

• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage several workstreams concurrently

• Proficient in AI technologies and comfortable utilizing AI tools in daily marketing tasks

• Hands-on and proactive approach, with a proven history of taking initiative and advancing projects from concept to completion

• Bilingual in German and English

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

• Background in manufacturing, engineering, or enterprise software sectors

• Familiarity with PLM, PDM, or other manufacturing/engineering software

• Understanding of product marketing principles, including go-to-market strategies, product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement, or a strong eagerness to quickly develop this knowledge
