Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for the Reputation Management platform.

• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing & Enablement.

• Oversee the development and execution of product launches, especially for high-velocity/high-volume product updates.

• Create various product materials including presentations, how-to manuals, leave-behinds, release notes, FAQs, and thought leadership content.

• Act as a subject matter expert for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Conduct continuous market research and communicate competitive differentiators to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Collaborate with Product Management to align product innovation with customer value.

• Establish a consistent feedback mechanism addressing market trends, customer requirements, and competitive influences to shape the product roadmap.

• Prepare pitch decks, blog articles, and responses to RFPs.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent product or solutions marketing experience.

• Capability to transform complex, rapidly evolving product features and customer narratives into engaging and distinct product messaging.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly proficient presentation skills; examples of previous work will be required.

• Experience in conducting and evaluating market and competitive research.

• Proven track record of influencing and conveying product offerings to customers, prospects, and sales teams.

• Deep understanding of complex software products.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Master's degree is strongly preferred.
