This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to and implement the Product Marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Track industry changes, market trends, competitive insights, and the cybersecurity landscape.
• Collaborate with Product Management on customer interactions, product roadmap strategies, analyst relations, and marketing efforts.
• Work alongside Sales and technical teams to enhance value propositions and develop assets, training materials, partner content, sales strategies, and objection-handling resources.
• Assist in the Analyst Relations program and strategy, collaborating with Product Management and the CTO/Co-founder.
• Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas using customer insights.
• Empower Growth, SDR, and Sales teams to target effectively and operate in harmony.
• Oversee the execution of the Product Launch Strategy and the product launch timeline.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure go-to-market success.
• Report directly to the CTO.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity software product marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Specific expertise in areas such as automated pentesting, BAS, EDR/XDR, SIEM, RVBM, and Vulnerability Management.
• Hands-on, competitive mindset in a high-stakes environment.
• Demonstrated career advancement and success in managing key initiatives.
• Collaboration with product management to craft messaging that resonates in the market.
• Experience working with sales leadership and technical teams to generate sales enablement materials.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to simplify complex product features into engaging, understandable narratives.
• Experience in producing comprehensive long-form content.
• A proactive, curious, and problem-solving attitude.
• Background in technical or customer-facing roles, such as support, incident response, or systems engineering, is highly desirable.
• Values and ethics that align with the Picus team.
• B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
