Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and define the positioning and messaging for Parloa products.

• Coordinate product communication strategies effectively.

• Lead cross-functional launches involving Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience (CX).

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to synchronize the roadmap with the company narrative and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

• Ensure that prospects, partners, and customers are kept well-informed.

• Aid Sales by providing customer use cases, proof points, marketing materials, training sessions, and competitive advantages.

• Generate content ideas, outline structures, create, and review written materials.

• Participate in webinars alongside the Content team, Evangelists, CX team, and executives.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.

• Transform market insights into distinctive positioning that sets Parloa apart.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in Product Marketing, or over 8 years in related roles collaborating with a PMM team (such as sales enablement or B2B direct marketing).

• Background in an AI company or experience marketing AI products or capabilities.

• Exceptional writing abilities with samples available for review.

• Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise sales teams with narratives, marketing materials, enablement, and specific deal assistance.

• Strong presentation skills suitable for webinars, company events, and Sales training sessions.

• Capability to operate across both strategy and tactics, including crafting product narratives and developing sales decks from the ground up.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and productivity.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

• Familiarity with CX tools is advantageous.

• Business-fluent German is preferred, but not essential.
