This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Assist Veracity's array of sales-assisted initiatives, beginning with product liability risks such as nutraceuticals, cannabis, and beauty/cosmetics, while also developing segments for restaurants and medspas.
β’ Support Veracity's internal agency along with its sales-assisted quoting and binding processes for more complex programs that necessitate producer-level expertise.
β’ Ensure the agency is equipped with positioning, competitive intelligence, and enablement resources to generate and qualify leads, converting quotes into bound policies.
β’ Act as the main point of contact between product marketing and agency leadership regarding program performance and pipeline health.
β’ Conduct market research focused on regulatory changes, shifts in underwriting appetite, and competitive positioning.
β’ Monitor competitor products, pricing structures, and coverage terms, translating insights into positioning recommendations.
β’ Collaborate with underwriting and program stakeholders to stay informed about program features, exclusions, and changes in appetite.
β’ Develop and maintain positioning briefs, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, and program guidelines.
β’ Identify gaps in enablement and prioritize resources based on their potential impact on the pipeline.
β’ Train and support agency producers on program launches, coverage modifications, and updates in positioning.
β’ Report on quote-to-bind performance by sub-program while analyzing successes and failures.
β’ Build and maintain a lead scoring framework with sales agents and the CRM administrator.
β’ Monitor producer utilization of enablement materials and their effect on the bind rate.
β’ Utilize pipeline and performance metrics to inform enablement priorities.
β’ Coordinate channel strategies that support the agency's sales-assisted process.
β’ Escalate agency feedback regarding program deficiencies, competitive threats, or positioning challenges.
β’ Develop performance forecasts and business cases for enablement investments or program expansions at the program level.
β’ Oversee the transition of new or evolving programs to the agency and the sales-enablement function.
β’ Manage handoffs between sales-assisted programs and the online programs division.
β’ Create and present Initiative Success Plans that outline resource needs, anticipated returns, and success metrics.
β’ Offer recommendations on resource allocation, prioritization, and operational requirements.
β’ Implement the Objectives and Key Results framework for goal-setting and reporting.
β’ Attend the annual Marketing Department offsite and other in-person events as needed.
β’ Perform additional duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
β’ 5β10 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related field.
β’ Ideally, familiarity with agency, broker, or producer-based distribution models.
β’ Understanding of positioning and sales enablement within a sales-assisted, producer-facing distribution model, in addition to traditional product marketing channels.
β’ Capability to translate complex program and coverage details into language suitable for producers.
β’ Ability to cultivate trust and alignment with agency leadership and producers who are not direct reports.
β’ Skill in tracking and interpreting regulatory changes and shifts in underwriting appetite across high-risk specialty sectors.
β’ Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple sub-programs and evolving regulatory environments without losing focus on priorities.
β’ Proficiency in translating market and pipeline data into enablement resources that enhance the bind rate.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, CRM and agency management systems, and analytics platforms.
β’ Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of specialty/E&S or regulated verticals in cannabis, nutraceuticals, beauty/cosmetics, or related fields is advantageous.
