This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement consistent processes for market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Conduct win-loss assessments to determine buyer decision factors by segment.
• Convert market insights into positioning suggestions for Sales, Product, and Growth Strategy & Ops.
• Manage product positioning and messaging across enterprise employers, public sector/union, payers, and consultants.
• Enhance buyer personas and value propositions tailored to each buyer segment.
• Spearhead payer positioning and lay the groundwork for payer go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure segment messaging aligns with the overall company narrative.
• Develop case studies based on clinical and financial results in collaboration with Clinical and through PHI/HIPAA and clinical/legal evaluations.
• Create proof points that showcase Leap’s value across various audiences and dimensions.
• Produce pitch deck modules, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and other targeted collateral.
• Provide sales enablement resources, training, and support for account-level deals.
• Build and sustain the RFP response library while contributing to high-quality RFP submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth Strategy & Ops, Clinical, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Report directly to the Head of Product Marketing.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in B2B healthcare product marketing.
• Proven track record in managing positioning and messaging for intricate B2B healthcare buyers.
• Experience overseeing messaging from inception to completion for a new product or segment, encompassing research, enablement, and launch.
• Background in conducting market research, competitive intelligence, voice-of-customer, or win-loss initiatives.
• Practical experience in creating and delivering sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, sales training, and an RFP response repository.
• Experience in converting clinical and financial outcomes into case studies and proof points.
• Familiarity with PHI/HIPAA standards and clinical/legal review processes.
• Capability to develop buyer personas and persuasive value propositions.
• Outstanding storytelling and writing abilities.
• Strong ownership mentality and capacity to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Clinical, and other departments.
• Experience in selling to health plans, TPAs, captives, or stop-loss carriers is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Gong, Seismic, and other widely used GTM tools is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States.
