This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for incoming requests from the sales team, acting as their daily point of communication.
β’ Function as the direct connection to Partnerships, keeping the sales team updated on new developments.
β’ Develop and manage sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, state-specific documents, and objection-handling guides.
β’ Oversee the sales content library to ensure all materials are up-to-date.
β’ Participate in product, engineering, academic, and customer experience meetings to stay informed about product launches and customer feedback.
β’ Create product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions.
β’ Convert customer, market, and competitor insights into effective messaging and sales strategies.
β’ Lead the execution of product launches and ensure go-to-market readiness in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
β’ Manage state-specific campaigns that align with the company's targeted growth strategy.
β’ Develop customer testimonials and proof points to showcase success stories.
β’ Create a newsletter for current customers and prospects.
β’ Design customer nurture campaigns aimed at enhancing renewals and expanding opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Academics, and Customer Success on go-to-market and enablement strategies.
β’ Incorporate field feedback into discussions with product teams and leadership.
β’ Coordinate with external partners to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
β’ Analyze CRM data and call feedback to identify objection and deal-friction trends.
β’ Prepare launch plans, internal briefings, and materials for customer engagement.
β’ Maintain content in HubSpot and the shared knowledge repository.
β’ Monitor success through metrics such as content utilization, onboarding completion, productivity, win and conversion rates, pipeline influence, launch readiness, objection reduction, and customer testimonials.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, or a related B2B SaaS / education technology position.
β’ Proven experience working directly with sales teams and supporting a consultative sales approach.
β’ Excellent writing and storytelling capabilities, with the talent to distill complex products into clear customer benefits.
β’ Experience creating sales materials, launch plans, and enablement programs.
β’ Proficient in using data to assess content and program effectiveness.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fully remote setting.
β’ Background in early literacy or education is advantageous, though not essential.
β’ Familiarity with HubSpot and Asana.
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack.
