Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Assist in cross-functional product launches across the Planful platform, managing timelines, dependencies, launch readiness, and internal communication.

• Develop and implement a repeatable launch model.

• Create and provide enablement for new product introductions, including training materials and internal resources.

• Manage relationships with analysts, including the briefing and inquiry calendar.

• Oversee Magic Quadrant and similar evaluation submissions from evidence collection to final response.

• Integrate analyst insights into positioning and roadmap discussions.

• Lead the competitive intelligence program across the FP&A and CPM landscape.

• Develop automated competitive monitoring and transform insights into internal enablement resources.

• Expand enablement to the partner channel and work collaboratively with solutions consulting.

• Handle the marketing aspects of pricing execution, including consumption-based models, SKU configuration, Deal Desk collaboration, and pricing enablement.

• Collaborate with product teams on launch sequencing and translate complex products into seller-friendly terminology.

• Provide support for messaging, positioning, launch narratives, and external speaking engagements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in B2B software product marketing, including managing launches from start to finish.

• Experience in a smaller team environment where you were accountable for the complete outcome rather than just a portion.

• Proven track record with analyst relations, including formal evaluation submissions.

• Experience with pricing and packaging mechanics, or a strong willingness to learn.

• Excellent cross-functional project management skills.

• History of creating enablement that is effectively utilized in the field.

• Comfort in working directly with product and engineering teams on technical products.

• Strong writing abilities.

• Ability to operate without perfect inputs or extensive processes.

• Preferred background in finance, FP&A, or accounting, or experience marketing to finance professionals.

• Willingness to present in public forums such as webinars, customer sessions, and events is preferred.
