Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with and mentor product managers in defining product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Develop customer evaluation and adoption resources, including reference architectures, implementation guides, and comprehensive product details.

• Manage customer lifecycle campaigns focused on competitive positioning, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Perform market and customer research to identify pain points, assess competition, and uncover opportunities.

• Educate go-to-market and sales teams about product capabilities and value proposition.

• Provide training and enablement for teams that interact with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of pertinent experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.

• Background in marketing and selling to a technical audience.

• Enthusiasm for open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.

• Skill in articulating the value of technical products to both customers and sales personnel.

• Experience in autonomously leading product or feature launches as well as collaborating within a team.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

• Comfort in engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders through complex processes.

• Strong curiosity regarding product and technical aspects of packaging, positioning, and messaging.

• Proficiency in quantitative analysis for assessing campaign performance and lifecycle metrics.

• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

• High “say-do” ratio in executing tasks and generating impact.
