Lead GTM System Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTM teams to gain insight into their workflows and create automation solutions that eliminate manual tasks.

• Take full responsibility for the entire delivery process by defining, developing, and validating work independently without requiring a project manager or handoff.

• Visit local offices for deeper integration, work closely with teams for several days, and provide training on the solutions delivered.

• Design systems that integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Nue, Databricks, and Gong, ensuring built-in security and reliability.

• Convert GTM challenges into AI systems ready for production.

• Develop and implement AI-driven systems to achieve tangible commercial results.

• Make informed production engineering decisions regarding model selection, agent architecture, and RAG pipelines.

• Assume complete ownership of operational AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of engineering experience in roles such as Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a technical domain from start to finish within a company size of 100 to 2,000 employees.

• Recent 6 to 12 months focused on AI, including developing agents and deploying AI-driven systems into production with measurable impact.

• Proficiency with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and MCP integrations.

• Strong engineering judgment, including the ability to assess AI-generated code and evaluate security and architecture considerations.

• Ability to work proficiently in any programming language, rather than being restricted to a single tool or platform.

• Achieved AI Fluency Level 4 or possess equivalent hands-on experience in deploying AI-powered systems into production.
