Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for VEO, VPGO, VSO, and Gift Agreement Platform products, from launch planning to ongoing positioning.

• Craft messaging and positioning for the entire product line.

• Identify ideal customer profiles and personas for development officers, planned giving officers, and advancement leadership.

• Develop sales enablement resources such as presentations, battlecards, and frameworks for handling objections.

• Conduct training sessions to assist sales teams in utilizing the enablement materials effectively.

• Create product marketing collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, website content, and campaign materials.

• Monitor competitive intelligence, particularly regarding adjacent players entering the AI-driven advancement technology space.

• Provide sales and leadership with a definitive competitive perspective.

• Coordinate between product, sales, and marketing regarding launches, communication of roadmaps, and customer-facing narratives.

• Establish a feedback loop that connects sales, support, customers, product positioning, and roadmap discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product marketing, with significant involvement in messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.

• Experience in B2B software, preferably within a tech or startup environment requiring agility and versatility.

• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities to transform complex product features into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.

• Proven history of collaborating closely with sales teams and creating materials that are actively utilized.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish processes in areas where none currently exist.

• Preferred: Experience in nonprofit technology or educational technology.

• Preferred: Knowledge of the advancement/fundraising sector, including moves management, planned giving, and donor engagement.
