Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Product Marketing for the brand

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team consisting of product marketing, developer relations, and product teams

• Transform product capabilities into compelling, credible messaging tailored for developers

• Convert products into business value propositions aimed at CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and product leaders

• Develop narratives, presentations, and supporting evidence for enterprise sales initiatives

• Strategize and implement product and feature launches in collaboration with DevRel, product, and Growth Marketing teams

• Produce in-depth technical analyses, comparative studies, executive summaries, and build-versus-buy narratives

• Conduct interviews with developers and buyers, integrating insights from product usage and win/loss analyses

• Enhance brand visibility within AI discovery tools and search engines

• Evaluate competitors and alternatives to create distinct positioning

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical content, DevRel-related, or product roles

• Background in B2B software, developer tools, or technical products

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, spanning from highly technical to strategic narratives

• A genuine curiosity about the functionality of technical products and the capability to foster technical understanding with engineers

• Proficient in translating technology, particularly AI, into business outcomes focused on buyers

• Utilizes AI tools for research, drafting, and expediting work delivery

• Strong commitment to factual accuracy and meticulous attention to detail

• Agile and collaborative mindset within cross-functional teams

• Preferred: experience with PLG/self-service products, developer marketing, or managing a multi-brand portfolio

• English proficiency must be indicated in the application
