Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance.

• Manage the go-to-market strategy for agentic AI releases, which includes launch tiering, enablement, content creation, analyst and press briefings, as well as post-launch measurement against pipeline objectives.

• Monitor vendors and create competitive positioning.

• Develop sales pitches, discovery questions, objection handling strategies, and demo narratives.

• Engage in sales calls and enhance the effectiveness of messaging.

• Produce solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blogs, and conference sessions focused on agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, and AI governance in CX.

• Collaborate daily with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.

• Link engineering output to seller messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing.

• Proven history of executing launches that have positively impacted the pipeline, demonstrating measurable results.

• Excellent writing and presentation abilities; samples will be requested.

• Comfort in engaging with technical buyers and working with technical product teams.

• Experience in selling to enterprise accounts through a sales-led approach, managing long cycles with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in AI-native or agentic AI startups (preferred).

• Background in CX or contact center operations, including conversational AI, NLU, or related areas (preferred).

• Familiarity with QA, testing, observability, or monitoring categories (preferred).
