This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with a diverse team, encompassing one or more product squads, while regularly engaging with Product, Technology, and UX teams.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy and adoption initiatives for products within the designated squad.
• Convert the product’s value proposition into compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with consumers, while being attuned to the business needs and the audience's challenges.
• Utilize product metrics and performance indicators to inform and support decision-making across teams.
• Track competitors’ market activities and suggest actionable plans for the marketing mix.
• Qualify, engage, and convert leads along with marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Creative and Performance teams.
• Oversee the budget and assist with marketing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with paid media campaigns and a solid understanding of media and performance metrics.
• Experience in preparing briefs and presentations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Advanced expertise in Google Analytics.
• Creative and strategic thinker, capable of managing varied daily demands.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
• Preferred: familiarity with or interest in the everyday realities of public education.
• Preferred: understanding of growth marketing and A/B testing methodologies.
• Preferred: strong collaborative skills with Technology teams and knowledge of digital products and agile methodologies.
