This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of both paid and organic marketing channels as well as specific campaigns.
• Provide recommendations for the distribution of paid marketing budgets across various channels and campaigns.
• Develop and manage dashboards to track acquisition performance and conversion pathways.
• Analyze funnel drop-offs to pinpoint areas for enhancing acquisition and conversion rates.
• Address issues and inconsistencies in marketing data to enhance the accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Oversee marketing attribution and assist in resolving measurement gaps and related issues.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and assess A/B and A/B/n experiments in collaboration with the team.
• Act as a data-informed advisor to the cross-functional Demand and Supply team, clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst.
• Proven experience in analyzing marketing effectiveness and web conversion funnels.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data analysis libraries in Python.
• Familiarity with BI tools and dashboard development; experience with Tableau is preferred, but familiarity with other tools is also acceptable.
• Comprehensive understanding of statistics and probability, with the ability to apply these concepts to business inquiries and experiments.
• A systematic approach to problem-solving: define the question, outline the analytical strategy, and execute the tasks.
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through, with the capacity to prioritize tasks based on business significance.
• Clear communication skills and an evidence-based approach to making decisions.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Proficient in English at B2 level or above.
• Skilled in utilizing LLMs in daily tasks, with the capability to critically assess their outputs.
• Ability to work during CET/CEST overlapping hours.
• Comfortable operating under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
• Previous experience with B2C products or services is a plus.
