This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain metrics, analyses, dashboards, and related tools to support business decisions.
β’ Conduct extensive data analyses to extract business insights and uncover strategies for optimization.
β’ Convert analytics into compelling data narratives, actionable solutions, and recommendations for cross-functional teams and agency partners.
β’ Detect patterns and trends within complex data sets.
β’ Establish best practices for data visualization and offer guidance to the data science team.
β’ Create accessible data visualizations tailored for various audiences and departments.
β’ Compile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights on the Shopping Journey, focusing on Retail Marketing programs and investments.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and progress.
β’ Lead and conduct cross-functional data analyses in partnership with Marketing/Retail Marketing Operations.
β’ Work alongside data engineers and IT for data sourcing, management, and application.
β’ Develop data resources to assess and manage business strategies.
β’ Gather and define requirements for data science tools and models.
β’ Analyze and interpret data trends, providing conclusions and recommendations to management.
β’ Perform additional tasks as assigned.
β’ Adhere to all policies and standards.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and applying advanced statistical methods is required.
β’ At least 3 years of experience with data mining tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS, STATA, Excel) is required.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics is necessary.
β’ An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Proficiency in presentation creation with a collaborative approach is required.
β’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) are necessary.
β’ Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
β’ Familiarity with the current automotive landscape, trends, and innovations is important.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
β’ Ability to work remotely from one of the specified states is a must.
