Senior Product Manager – Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Roamless's web products across both B2C and B2B sectors.

• Manage the roadmap, from discovery through to delivery and adoption for web products.

• Engage in customer discussions and user interviews to uncover problems and opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to convert customer challenges into solutions.

• Utilize Scrum methodologies to deliver products iteratively.

• Work together with senior engineers to foster enthusiasm around a unified roadmap and vision.

• Leverage AI tools, such as Claude Code, to enhance the efficiency of product development.

• Establish and monitor success metrics, design A/B tests, and harness data to create business impact.

• Partner with marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new features.

• Contribute to shaping product practices, workflows, and the product culture at Roamless.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company.

• At least 3 years of experience in owning web products.

• Practical experience with B2B web products.

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.

• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, and technical limitations with engineers.

• Experience in all phases of discovery, delivery, and adoption.

• Familiarity with Scrum methodology in an agile setting, collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams.

• Exceptional, clear, structured, and concise communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in AI, ideally with hands-on experience using Claude Code (desirable).

• Experience in telecommunications, travel, or marketplace sectors (desirable).

• A passion for travel (desirable).

• Experience in cross-platform web and mobile development (desirable).

• Background in startup or fast-paced environments (desirable).
