
Senior Product Manager, Travel eSIM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the travel eSIM roadmap from start to finish, developed and maintained in alignment with market demands and business objectives.
• Guide the design and implementation of new plans and features, managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Perform market research to understand traveler needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Manage the complete purchase-to-activation process, which includes browsing, purchasing, QR/eSIM installation, and initial connection.
• Supervise development and launch initiatives to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, activation, ARPU, repeat purchases, and margins by corridor.
• Manage the data plan catalog and pricing for each corridor, ensuring a balance with local SIM costs, margin objectives, and competitors.
• Collaborate with roaming and wholesale partners on coverage, capacity, and cost considerations.
• Act as a roadmap stakeholder across various scrum teams; draft PRDs and influence prioritization during sprint planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support on product launches and subsequent performance assessments.
• Provide sales channels with necessary materials and assist with the B2B onboarding process.
• A minimum of 4 years as a product manager overseeing a consumer product from pricing to purchase, activation, and retention.
• Proven experience in defining, developing, and delivering complex technical products.
• Experience working collaboratively with designers, engineers, and QA in an agile setting.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions regarding products and features while providing feedback on technical designs.
• A working knowledge of eSIM technology, though not at an expert level.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA, Looker/Power BI) to independently conduct funnel analysis and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Clear and concise communication skills capable of transforming a technical or pricing constraint into a compelling one-slide business case.
• Direct experience with or competition against a major player in the travel eSIM sector (Nice to Have).
• Previous experience in the travel industry (OTAs, airlines, hospitality, or travel commerce) (Nice to Have).
