Senior Product Manager – TradFi Wealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the planning and execution for Binance Earn's TradFi product line, which includes ETFs, mutual funds, and equities/stocks.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conducting market research and analyzing requirements to writing PRDs, designing, launching, and iterating continuously.

• Investigate trends in traditional finance markets and user needs to connect TradFi investment scenarios with Binance's cryptocurrency platform.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regional regulatory requirements and facilitate local launches.

• Identify opportunities at the intersection of crypto and TradFi, including Real World Assets (RWA), tokenized equities and funds, stablecoin yield products, and other initiatives.

• Lead the design and operation of structured options products such as Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin.

• Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams to establish product rules, payoff structures, and parameters.

• Optimize pricing parameters and yield curves for structured products.

• Modify launch strategies and product category mixes based on market conditions and volatility to enhance Total Value Locked (TVL) and conversion rates.

• Propel end-to-end agile product delivery while monitoring development and testing progress.

• Coordinate efforts among Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.

• Monitor product metrics such as TVL, Assets Under Management (AUM), conversion rate, retention, volume, and revenue.

• Collect user feedback and analyze competitor offerings to enhance product experience and maintain competitiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management within financial products.

• Required hands-on experience in traditional finance, including ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.

• Practical knowledge of structured products and options, including dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, options-linked, and principal-protected products.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and PRD creation to launch and post-launch iterations, ideally within an agile framework.

• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support teams.

• Strong analytical skills and capability for data-driven decision-making.

• Comfortable working with product metrics and analyzing user behavior data.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Quick learner with a strong sense of perseverance.
