Senior Product Manager – TPRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the product roadmap in alignment with customer requirements, market dynamics, competitive analysis, and organizational objectives.

• Spearhead ongoing product discovery by pinpointing customer challenges, validating potential opportunities, and swiftly testing hypotheses.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to transition products from conception to launch and promote customer engagement.

• Utilize AI across the product lifecycle, from conducting customer research and synthesis to prototyping, prioritizing, and delivering products.

• Discover opportunities for leveraging AI, automation, and unified data models to minimize customer effort and facilitate intelligent risk-management processes.

• Establish success metrics, evaluate customer outcomes, and leverage data to enhance the product continuously.

• Oversee strategic capabilities within Bitsight’s Third-Party Risk Management platform, covering vendor onboarding, assessments, continuous monitoring, and intelligent workflow automation.

• Assist in defining how AI can improve decision-making, decrease manual tasks, and evolve TPRM into a proactive, results-oriented system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing AI-driven products or incorporating generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation into user experiences.

• Demonstrated capability to utilize AI to enhance your own product management practices.

• A builder’s mindset, with the ability to explore emerging technologies, experiment with innovative ideas, and learn from customer feedback.

• Experience in designing or managing products that provide insights and drive actions, rather than merely offering dashboards.

• Track record of building and launching successful B2B products.

• Familiarity with GRC, Third-Party Risk Management, or analytics-driven enterprise software is an advantage.
