Senior Product Manager – Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PODS' pricing and quoting experience.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and enhance pricing systems, which include quote generation, competitive assessments, automated price-setting, and price elasticity testing.

• Design and execute pricing experiments (A/B tests) and convert insights gained into the roadmap.

• Work closely with finance, revenue management, and marketing to establish pricing governance, margin objectives, and promotional strategies.

• Define and oversee success metrics such as quote-to-order conversion rates, average booking values, and margins.

• Lead a three-year product vision and translate it into annual roadmaps and actionable priorities.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, and Product to transition digital experiences from concept to launch.

• Participate in technical discussions, influence cross-functional partners, and leverage data and customer insights to inform product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, or technology.

• 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.

• Background in building customer-facing products utilizing a multi-year roadmap.

• Proven ability to represent and advocate for key customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

• Capability to work independently when product strategy is not fully defined.

• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.

• Experience collaborating directly with Engineers on product enhancements.

• Preferred: Quantitative Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, math, engineering, or statistics.

• Preferred: Experience with pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization products.

• Preferred: Familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

• Ability to sit at a desk and utilize a computer for up to 8 hours a day.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day; stoop, bend, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to hear and communicate verbally using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device.

• Regular business hours with occasional after-hours on-call production support.

• Minimal travel requirements.
