• Design innovative financial products and experiences tailored to complex customer and market demands.
• Establish and refine product strategy along with multi-quarter roadmaps for designated strategic solutions.
• Conduct customer and market research to gain insights into intricate workflows, challenges, market trends, and unmet needs.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and domain leaders to determine product priorities and roadmap suggestions.
• Create product theses, identify target customers, validate workflows and challenges, and provide evidence-based investment recommendations.
• Convert market strategy and customer insights into product propositions, workflows, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Differentiate between unique customer requests and repeatable market needs to develop scalable solutions.
• Outline comprehensive solution propositions and capability requirements in conjunction with Product, Engineering, Design, and Architecture teams.
• Prioritize roadmaps based on customer value, market potential, strategic alignment, commercial impact, scalability, and delivery complexities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and go-to-market teams to prepare solutions for launch.
• Employ AI and contemporary Product tools to expedite discovery synthesis, requirements, stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program or Project Management teams throughout the delivery process.
• Define and monitor customer, product, and commercial outcomes, utilizing market feedback to inform iterations and expansions.
• Share customer insights, product strategy, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs with business leaders, Product teams, and executives.
• Assist Priority Commerce in revolutionizing payments, banking, treasury, and financial operations via its integrated financial technology platform.
• Approximately 7 to 10 years of pertinent Product Management experience, including ownership of intricate B2B, fintech, banking, payments, or industry-specific products; this serves as a guideline, not a barrier.
• Solid experience in banking, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Practical knowledge of money movement, accounts, treasury, and financial operations.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer or market challenges into clear product propositions and roadmaps.
• Excellent customer discovery skills with a capacity to comprehend complex workflows, users, operating models, and business economics.
• Experience in customer-led product development and zero-to-one discovery, including assessing new market opportunities.
• Proven track record of partnering directly with executives, business-unit leaders, or general managers while exercising independent Product judgment.
• Strong commercial insight and capability to differentiate between repeatable market opportunities and unique customer requests.
• Experience in independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within matrixed environments without direct authority.
• Excellent skills in roadmap development, prioritization, communication, and executive stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted Product workflows and a hands-on approach to requirements, stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience in creating products for industries or customer segments with intricate financial, operational, or multi-party workflows.
• Familiarity with banking-as-a-service, embedded finance, treasury, virtual accounts, payments, reconciliation, or financial operations.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or strategic partners during product discovery and implementation.
• Experience in developing product positioning, packaging, or go-to-market strategies for B2B products.
• Experience launching a product with an initial customer or partner and scaling it to a wider market.
• Experience operating in regulated financial environments.
• Ability to perform prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching.
• Capability to lift 10 pounds.
