This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog for a designated segment of the InfiniBox/InfuzeOS portfolio.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from enterprise clients, Fortune 500 companies, and field/sales teams.
• Comprehend customer challenges and convert business needs into enhancements for products and features.
• Draft PRDs and comprehensive feature specifications for engineering teams.
• Verify that key requirements are fulfilled through hands-on validation.
• Collaborate with R&D on release planning, scoping, and prioritization trade-offs.
• Create and sustain deployment/configuration guidance, technical reference materials, best-practices guides, and internal training content.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts, competitive positioning, and discussions with customers and analysts.
• Monitor trends in the storage industry and market, focusing on areas such as AI/data workloads, cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, file, and block storage.
• Work alongside marketing, sales engineering, professional services, and support teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• A minimum of 8 years of substantial hands-on experience managing or working directly with data center and IT infrastructure (compute, networking, SAN/NAS, replication, backup/recovery, or similar).
• Over 5 years of pertinent product management experience, preferably in enterprise storage or infrastructure.
• Strong capability to translate intricate technical and business issues while understanding the needs of enterprise customers and service providers.
• Proven experience collaborating with enterprise clients and large-scale accounts to successfully deliver product releases and facilitate deployments.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a history of taking complete ownership of projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective in both technical and business discussions.
• An MBA or advanced technical degree (considered a distinguishing factor, but not mandatory).
• Previous experience at a storage or infrastructure vendor (considered a distinguishing factor).
• Experience collaborating with global, enterprise-level customers on infrastructure or data platform deployments, leading POCs, and beta programs (considered a distinguishing factor).
• A record of success in product management within international or cross-cultural organizations (considered a distinguishing factor).
