Senior Product Manager – Smart Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver Smart Care solutions promptly to achieve business value by integrating business and technical perspectives.

• Establish clarity regarding squad priorities, expectations, and collective outcomes.

• Take ownership of the product backlog and facilitate problem-solving, scoping, and prioritization efforts.

• Manage daily planning and ceremonies while advocating for Agile practices.

• Coordinate dependencies with various teams and stakeholders.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive product specifications.

• Assist engineering and data science teams by elucidating requirements and facilitating discussions on technical feasibility.

• Promote cross-team problem-solving while ensuring a balance of speed, scalability, and quality.

• Align delivery plans with related solutions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.

• Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and product design.

• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics.

• Support frameworks for release management.

• Create strategies for proactive user support and issue resolution.

• Assist in the development of business cases and roadmap planning.

• Influence decisions, foster alignment, and drive adoption through effective executive communication and stakeholder management.

• Stay updated on analytics, data platforms, AI/ML, and digital technology trends.

• Enhance product planning, execution, and launch processes.

• Assess and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies for the delivery and innovation of analytics products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.

• More than 5 years of experience managing daily product execution with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.

• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with SMEs to identify nuances in ambiguous business challenges and operational processes.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment for at least 3 years.

• Over 2 years of experience building capabilities that utilize AI, ML, or other advanced analytics.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong skills in Excel/SQL/analytics/Storytelling.

• A demonstrated track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, especially in bringing a product from concept to launch.
