
Senior Product Manager – Skin Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute and oversee marketing initiatives that cater to the Skin Health category while fostering a sustainable and profitable business model.
• Guide cross-functional teams in strategic planning and the development of new products.
• Conduct product and category-level P&L analyses to enhance profitability.
• Analyze data to support business decisions, project outcomes, and manufacturing implications.
• Integrate insights from various sources to craft compelling narratives for customers, leadership, and sales teams.
• Act as the authority on the Skin Health portfolio, which includes Pressure Redistribution, Safe Patient Handling, Advanced Wound Care, Advanced Skin Care, and Incontinence.
• Collaborate with sales, global sourcing, and other stakeholders to meet daily business requirements and resolve challenges.
• Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring a robust value proposition.
• Keep track of the global market trends and competitive landscape while gathering business intelligence.
• Conduct voice-of-customer and market research to pinpoint needs, evaluate viability and market acceptance, and establish competitive pricing.
• Create and maintain claims, collateral, and training resources.
• Partner with Product Supply and Demand Planning to synchronize demand forecasts with production capabilities, ensure adequate inventory, and achieve working capital goals.
• Report directly to the Director of Skin Health.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in Marketing/Product Management is required; experience in Skin Health is highly preferred.
• Background in Advanced Wound Care, Advanced Skin Care, and/or Incontinence is strongly preferred.
• An MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Capability to assess the Skin Health market landscape, identify opportunities, and formulate and execute business strategies.
• Clinical experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, influencing, and communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured action plans.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and summarizing key insights is essential.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and monitor progress against important milestones.
• Ability to function in a complex environment while juggling conflicting priorities.
• Strong financial acumen, including some exposure to basic financial modeling, is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to assess needs, identify issues, synthesize and present information/recommendations, and implement changes effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for supplier visits, conferences, and customer meetings.
