
Senior Product Manager, Shopping Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and consistently update the prioritized list of customer challenges across search, browsing, categories, and product details.
• Transform the product data foundation into customer value through attribute-driven search and browsing, dynamic product detail and category pages, and crawlable filtered navigation.
• Create the roadmap and define the initiative scope for the team in alignment with objectives and key results.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to develop solutions that balance business value, user experience, feasibility, and cost.
• Maintain product briefs that outline assumptions, growth levers, customer challenges, success criteria, and instrumentation plans.
• Detail instrumentation plans, events, KPIs, and tracking for completed work.
• Conduct a high-velocity testing program and analyze the results of experiments.
• Link experience changes to metrics and margin logic.
• Keep track of trends in e-commerce, retail, discovery, and AI assistants, integrating customer feedback, research, and competitive analysis into requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across product data, customization and rendering, checkout, merchandising, category management, branding, and marketing.
• Lead project kickoffs and read-outs, effectively communicating requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Prioritize and adjust the backlog through delivery, manage scope changes, prepare impacted teams for launch, and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Report outcomes against objectives and KPIs, adjusting the roadmap based on insights gained.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of product management experience in building and delivering successful consumer e-commerce or direct-to-consumer products and features.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, or merchandising.
• Proven experience managing discovery surfaces such as search, browsing, navigation, category, or product detail pages.
• Experience in running an experimentation program, including designing tests, accurately interpreting results, and resolving measurement and data quality issues.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency with tools for analyzing customer behavior.
• Demonstrated understanding of technology and architecture, with effective collaboration with engineering to identify technical solutions based on trade-offs across user experience, technical debt, latency, scalability, reliability, and time to market.
• Working familiarity with AI tools in daily product practices.
• Strong project management skills: ability to plan, set expectations, meet commitments, and provide structure and processes for cross-functional teams.
