This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Growth Platforms division, which is responsible for the technology and data capabilities that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention.
• Establish and implement the product strategy and roadmap for promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data.
• Spearhead the development of a consolidated promotions and offers platform that caters to various products, channels, customer segments, and promotional strategies.
• Create data and segmentation capabilities for analyzing customer behavior and developing actionable audience insights.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance CRM and lifecycle marketing functionalities, focusing on targeting, activation, experimentation, and measurement.
• Develop shared growth capabilities across online Sportsbook, Casino, digital retail, and loyalty experiences.
• Construct adaptable platforms and self-service functionalities for Marketing and business teams to initiate, manage, and optimize campaigns and offers.
• Work closely with Data and Engineering teams on customer data, event architecture, integrations, decision-making processes, and measurement capabilities.
• Set KPIs and create experimentation frameworks to evaluate incremental impacts.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Product Managers while expanding the team and fostering ownership.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and business teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in creating data-driven growth, marketing, promotions, personalization, CRM, loyalty, or customer data platforms at scale.
• In-depth knowledge of customer and marketing data, including segmentation, audience development, behavioral data, activation, experimentation, and measurement.
• Experience in translating extensive and complex customer datasets into actionable segments, targeting strategies, or tailored customer experiences.
• Strong technical proficiency and experience collaborating with Engineering and Data teams on data architecture, platforms, APIs, event streams, integrations, and decision-making systems.
• Experience in developing platforms or tools utilized by Marketing, CRM, Growth, or other internal teams for managing customer experiences.
• Capability to define a multi-year product strategy and convert it into focused roadmaps that deliver incremental business value.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging experimentation and measurement to assess incremental impact and optimize investments.
• Ability to work across customer experience, technology, data, marketing, and business strategy while aligning cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, commerce, fintech, travel, loyalty, retail, or advanced personalization and lifecycle marketing capabilities is advantageous.
